Refund & Exchange Policy

At HerbalGuru.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check our products before dispatch to ensure they are packed properly and reach you in good condition. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy before placing your order.

We Accept Returns or Exchanges Only If:

* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
* The product is returned in the condition in which it was received.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide:

* Your order number
* Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

* Opened personal-care products
* Used wellness or fitness products
* Opened herbal or health-related products
* Products with broken seals or packaging due to customer handling

Refund Policy

Once an approved returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If the order qualifies for a return under this policy, you may contact us after receiving it.

Important Note

Natural, herbal, cosmetic, and wellness products may have variations in colour, texture, fragrance, or appearance due to their ingredients and manufacturing process. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
